Aarogya Setu is a COVID-19 “contact tracing, syndromic mapping and self-assessment” digital service, primarily a mobile app, developed by the National Informatics Centre under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
Features
1. It is a tracking app which uses the smartphone’s GPS and Bluetooth features to track COVID-19 cases.
2. With Bluetooth, it tries to determine the risk if one has been near (within six feet of) a COVID-19-infected person, by scanning through a database of known cases across India.
3. Using location information, it determines whether the location one is in belongs to one of the infected areas based on the data available.
4. It tells how many COVID-19 positive cases are likely in a radius of 500 m, 1 km, 2 km, 5 km and 10 km from the user.

6. The app is built on a platform that can provide an application programming interface (API) so that other computer programs, mobile applications, and web services can make use of the features and data available in Aarogya Setu.
CoWIN (Covid Vaccine Intelligence Network)
1. CoWIN is an Indian government web portal for COVID-19 vaccination registration, owned and operated by India’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
2. It displays booking slots of COVID-19 vaccine available in the nearby areas and can be booked on the website.
3. The site also provides vaccination certificates to the beneficiaries, which act as Vaccine Passports during the COVID-19 pandemic for the beneficiaries and can be stored in Digilocker.
4. As of now, four vaccines can be registered on the platform in the country Covishield (18+), Covaxin (15+), Corbevax (12-14) and Sputnik V (18+).

6. In future Co-WIN platform will be used for routine vaccinations like Polio and Hepatitis.
DigiLocker
DigiLocker is an Indian digitization online service provided by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India under its Digital India initiative.
Features
1. DigiLocker provides an account in cloud to every Aadhaar holder to access authentic documents/certificates such as driving license, vehicle registration, academic mark sheet in digital format from the original issuers of these certificates.
2. It also provides 1GB storage space to each account to upload scanned copies of legacy documents.
3. The individual file size for upload cannot exceed 10 MB.
4. There is also an associated facility for e-signing documents.

6. Amendments to IT Act 2000 for Digital Locker state that the issued documents provided and shared through 8/ Digital Locker are at par with the corresponding physical certificates.
DIKSHA (DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE FOR KNOWLEDGE SHARING)
It is a national platform for school education, an initiative of National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT), under the aegis of the Ministry of Education (MoE), GoI.
Features
1. DIKSHA is built using MIT licensed open source technology called Sunbird, which is a digital infrastructure and enables several use-cases and solutions for teaching and learning.
2. The core building blocks of DIKSHA comprise energized textbooks, online courses, content authoring, content sourcing, interactive quizzes, question banks, chatbot, analytics and dashboard
3. To aid teaching and learning for Children With Special Needs (CWSN), a large number of audio books, ISL (Indian Sign Language) Videos and Dictionary have been made available on DIKSHA for CWSN.
4. During the pandemic, the massive teacher’s professional development programme NISHTHA 1.0 (National Initiatives for School Heads and Teacher’s Holistic Advancement) for Elementary grades was launched online through DIKSHA. NISHTHA 2.0 & 3.0 focus on Secondary and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy.
5. NCERT also delivers content for students on a 24×7 basis through PM eVIDYA DTH-TV channels (One Class, One Channel from classes I to XII). These channels deliver class-wise contents that are linked to DIKSHA through QR codes. To enable coherence, the broadcast content is also made available on DIKSHA, where this content is accessible any time, anywhere.
